General Information
The Northern Light is published every Tuesday and distributed throughout the UAA campus and the Anchorage community. Total distribution is about 3,500 to 5,000 copies during the spring and fall semesters and 2,000 copies during the summer semester. The Web site at http://www.uaa.alaska.edu/light/ is updated weekly with fresh content.

Mechanical Specifics
The Northern Light is a tabloid-sized publication. Each page consists of four 2 1/4" by 12 1/2 columns with 1/4" between columns. Full page ads are 50 column inches; half page ads are 25 column inches; a quarterpage is 12 1/2 column inches. Full page width is 10 1/4 inches.

Inserts
Inserts must be received one week before publication. The cost is $460. Total distribution cost is 4300. No more than three inserts will be accepted for each issue.

Placement of Ads
No gurantee of position will be made. However, every attempt will be made to honor position requests on a first come, first serve basis.

Advertising Policy
The Northern Light reserves the right to refuse advertising.

Errors
The Northern Light assumes no financial responsibility for typographical errors on camera ready copy. Acts created by The Northern Light will be available for proofing.
