We want you, to
rock!
KRUA and the Northern Light
are hosting their second of monthly concerts
Friday, March 19 in the University of Alaska
Anchorage Den. Last month’s show, which
featured Brothers Contra, JEB and Delmag, was
considered by fans the best-sounding, best-looking
show in years. It also had one of the biggest
turnouts with 250 people, said event coordinators.
Coordinators plan on making this month’s
show an even bigger hit. This month will feature
Nothing Less, Driveline and Spitshine. The show
will be a mix of pop punk, punk and rock. Nothing
Less celebrated its CD and music video release
in December and they are pumped up to perform.
Also, this is one of their last shows in Alaska
before they move to California in May. Driveline,
which is usually akin to modern rock and sometimes
compared to Godsmack, is expanding its sound.
They will be revealing some new material at
this show. Tickets are $5 at the door. KRUA
will be having giveaways and freebies. Doors
open at 7 p.m. and the show starts at 7:30 p.m.
Don’t miss this rockin’ sockin’
event that is bound to be a show to remember.
Be sure to hit up next month’s show, which
features the band Subconscious and others.
